Free mental health training for 18-30 year olds

A lot of workshops these days are about helping others in crisis mode, but this one is all about helping YOU before you get into crisis mode.

Born This Way Foundation - Be There Certificate

 The Be There Certificate is a free, online mental health course designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to recognise when someone might be struggling with their mental health and safely support them and help them link to available services.

Grief Journals for kids

Children react to and express their grief differently from adults, and conversations about death can be difficult and/or uncomfortable. 

StandBy has  two activity books, and accompanying notes guide books, to help parents and children navigate their feelings and have open, age appropriate,  discussion following a suicide .

 Take Charge Wellbeing is committed to helping individuals and businesses manage and improve their own mental health and wellbeing and recognise mental health and wellbeing problems in others. 


  • Take Charge Wellbeing Workshop - 3 hour workshop delivered in a manner that people working in thhe Blue-Collar industries will relate to.  
  • Mental Health First Aid-  A 12-hour Standard Mental Health First Aid course where you will learn how to assist an adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
