Chapter 29 supports mental wellbeing and resilience by fostering connection, compassion, and a sense of belonging. The program amplifies lived-experience voices to promote understanding, acceptance, and empathy, while encouraging help-seeking and connection to support services.
Through facilitated, purpose-led conversations, participants are provided with safe and inclusive spaces to listen, share, and reflect on real experiences and life challenges. Many people face mental health challenges, grief, trauma, social exclusion, or major life transitions that can feel overwhelming when faced alone. These conversations help reduce isolation, support emotional processing, and strengthen connection.
We offer free tickets to clients of participating support agencies, insuring participation without financial barriers. A limited number of tickets are also available for purchase by the general public, who attend as listeners, learners, and supporters, helping to reduce stigma, foster understanding, and build community compassion.
Funds raised through ticket sales support Chapter 29’s benevolent programs and sustainability, enabling the ongoing delivery of accessible support to those most in need.

By attending one of our upcoming events, you'll have the chance to gain fresh insights, connect with others from diverse backgrounds, and deepen your understanding of important topics, all while contributing your own unique perspective.
